Delivery Coverage & Processing

  • We deliver across 20,000+ pin codes in India.
  • Orders are processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days.
  • Metro cities may receive orders within 2–4 days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather, logistics delays, or remote locations.

Undeliverable Locations

  • Delivery availability is checked using your pin code at checkout.
  • If your location becomes unserviceable after order placement:
  • Your order will be cancelled automatically.
  • Full refund will be issued within 48 hours (for prepaid orders).

Order Verification

For high-value orders (above ₹5000), our team may contact you for confirmation before dispatch.

Shipping Charges

  • Prepaid Orders: Free or standard shipping (as applicable)
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹70 additional charge

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please contact us within 7 days. Refer to our Return & Refund Policy .

Address & Order Details

  • Ensure your address and pin code are accurate.
  • Address changes are not allowed after placing the order.
  • Each order can be shipped to one address only.

Delivery Attempts

Courier partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, our team will contact you.

Multiple Product Orders

Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately. Each package will have its own tracking ID.
