At Dr. Rivo Professional, we are committed to delivering high-quality, effective products. Each product is carefully formulated to ensure safety and performance. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to assist you.

Eligible Cases for Return / Replacement

We offer return or replacement ONLY under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Expired product received
  • Empty or tampered package received

Return Request Process

If you receive a wrong, damaged, expired, or empty product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Important Instructions

  • For empty or tampered packages, please record an unboxing video as proof.
  • Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders not yet shipped can be cancelled upon request.

Return Pickup

Once your request is approved (within 48 hours), a reverse pickup will be arranged. Our courier partner will collect the product from your doorstep.

Refund Process

After receiving the returned product, our team will inspect it. If the issue is verified, the refund will be processed within 24–48 hours.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
